Watching OKC last night got me really thinking about the Chicago Bulls, I’m a bulls fan and we Chicago Bulls fans thought we had a solid chance this year, till D. Rose went down against Philly in the 1st round. Seriously with D. Rose as our #1 player I think we have a problem, considering that D. Rose & R. Westbrook are quite parallel on the floor and on the stats sheet, but in OKC’s case above Westbrook you have the 2nd Best player in the League (Yes Hands Down Lebron is #1 player in the NBA) in K. Durrant. D Rose is by far the best player on the Bulls, with L. Deng following that up. The Bulls made a HUGE mistake a few years ago with the large signing of C. Boozer, Boozer is back in the same position as he was in Utah, with an understudy breathing down the back of his neck, Boozer’s large paycheck is the only thing keeping him in the starting line up. Yes the “Bench Mob” was great this year, until the Bulls got to the playoffs. I thought the addition of Rip would help the Bulls a lot, But when it got close to crunch time, it was plain to see that the Bulls were still a Superstar away from making a real bid at a Championship.

The Miami Heat is the team that stands in front of the Bulls, beating the Heat is the password to enter the NBA Finals, but the Bulls are still a distance from beating the Heat in a seven game series, and don’t think the Heat are not going to try and upgrade again next year, If the Miami Heat finds a real Center, the entire Eastern Conference will have a problem.

The NBA is the best Pound for Pound sport, because only the best WIN!!! When does a 8th seed in the NBA ever have a chance at winning a championship, NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!!

If Mr Paxson and his staff don’t step it up soon, the Chicago Bulls will be parallel to the New York Knicks of the 90’s equalling great teams, but no hardware on the shelf!!

Stevie Williams (DGK) Rolls Into Chicago

Stevie Williams the Dirty Ghetto Kids (DGK) spokesmen was in Tinley Park hosting an event at Krush Skate park, the kids were in attendance & ready to skate!! Stevie didn’t skate but he spent a lot of time talking and encouraging the kids. The Kids got their time to shine with contests & prizes for best tricks of the day. With all the love Stevie got over the course of the day, It will be Shoe-In that we will see Mr. Williams back in The C-H-I very soon!!

The Chicago Bulls Vs The Miami Heat

The Moment of truth is finally upon us, Bulls Vs Heat! Eastern Conference Finals. I’m so conflicted Considering I believe The NBA might be going under a Miami Eclipse for a few seasons to come, Especially if the “Crafty” Pat Riley dumps Bosh for a two middle level players, but that’s the Future, But NOW IT’s about Bulls VS Heat!!!! I know Tom Thibodeau (2011 Coach of the Year) is the master of defense, but Damn!! My #1 match up in the series is Bosh vs Boozer! Boozer likes to reach and Bosh has the quickness to go right past Boozer. That pick and Pop, D Rose & Boozer established in Game 6 vs ATL could be very effective if Boozer continues to score. The Bulls & Boozer can not allow Bosh to jump out to a quick start, especially since Bosh is probably Striding down hill from here on confidence side, No Other Power Forward left in the playoffs will be able to pressure Bosh better than Kevin Garnett just finished doing! #2 is Deng Vs James. Deng has been a key factor in the Bulls Overall success on Offense & Defense! But How Does Deng Stop Lebron (More Defensive 3 calls Coming very soon), Deng will have his hands full when Lebron is sticking him! We Know Derrick Rose can not be stopped, Bibby, & Chalmers will be ravaged by Rose, but will Chalmers be effective against D Rose on the offensive side (Considering Collison & Teague both had good series driving against Rose) & how Long will it be Before Lebron tries to slow down Rose Himself.  How does Noah fair towards Anthony! (The Hustle Man Battle) Then we have D wade Vs the Bulls 3-man shooting guard rotation Bogans, Brewer, Korver! This match up is about Bogans Hitting open 3’s when Wade Cheats, Brewer Defense will be key, and Korver will have to make his minutes Count, D Wade will do what D Wade Does. A Key X Factor will be Bench Play on both sides.

I’m a 100% bulls fan But I’m Leading towards Miami in 6 games!! If I’m wrong I will have no problem with that, but I call what I see!! I still believe the Bulls are missing a piece, A real 2 guard is needed for them to get to the promise land. Starting Sunday We will see what the Bulls are Really Made of!!

The “my friend” Blues

I recently moved to west Roger park and a new pakistani “friend” (No cable TV, at neighborhood Bar must see Bulls vs Heat) was explaining to me how hard things are on the block right now, with all the blue light camera’s around, “it makes it hard for the people to sell the drugs, with camera, camera, camera, camera everywhere bizness is Bad!!!” at 1st I saw him as of the plague of black community and as he continued to wine & cry, and as I continued to watch D Rose Heat the heat up! Then I realized that he wasn’t nothing but a pakistani nigga himself, with his accent & his main interaction with Black hood cats (Broken English)!
See I thought it was nose deep, I thought they (“my friends”) only talked like they do when they were at they’re Shops in the hood or where ever! ( now me (Diesal) I speak accordingly to the person or Race. It just happens, I don’t really think about It! (like a filter in a sense). But anyway, “my friend” wanted me to have the “My Friend Blues” because it was hard 4 brothas to sling crack, which =’s outfits being bought at his store!! Should I be Upset, Nawww, just another product of the hood, better said as the System! Your network & interaction with your peers is Basically foundation of your Life!! It controls a lot! Be easy my friends!! Ooh yeah D Rose did put it on the heat to get the win at the end & Deng did hit a Big 3 at the end!!

Home Field Waiting For Disater!!!

So Bears fans how do you feel about the Bears playing next week?? I would feel better if we didn’t the Bye, Ok the bye is good, but us having Home Field Advantage is my biggest problem. Soldiers Field is probably the worst NFL field, PERIOD!!! The Bears play a lot better on the road simply because they can move better! The defense is the key to the bears winning, and the Bears Defense allow their opponents to check drop and also allows teams to have the short throws, but if the defense cannot response fast enough it becomes very dangerous. It sounds strange but I would feel better if we were playing this week on a “REAL FIELD”!! What Other Playoff Teams play better on the road than home????

This is why we watch them play though, Any Given Sunday (Or Saturday or Thursday or Monday & Tuesday this year) anything could happen. It’s just so scary when other teams prepare better for Soldiers Field than the We Do. I’m rooting for the Bears to get back to Dallas this year, but if they lose to whom ever next week, I wouldn’t be shocked!!

What’s Next for This Bears Team??

What A Great Win for these Chicago Bears!!! 1st the bears introduced Mr. Favre to Cement turf, Then Mr. Hester Breaks Brian Mitchells Return Record by taking a punt back 64 yards for the touchdown!! I won’t lie a like Favre, and I have always liked him even while he was playing for Green Bay, but what more could a bears fan ask for than to see Brett tossed and chucked down to frozen tundra, where Favre laid motionless Until the trainers ran out like Pit Crew at NASCAR race. After all these years of Favre destroying the Bears, it felt good to See tha Bears give him the Knock out blow for the game and maybe his season, thus ending his Career with a Big Chicago C on his Ass!!!!

We are in the playoffs no matter what happens with the Jets or the Packers, Are the Bears “GOOD ENOUGH” to beat the Falcons or Saints in the Playoffs?? Who knows only time will tell.

Mike Martz has changed this team around, considering when Ron Turner was here, it felt like all the plays were dumb downed to a Junior College level.  Lovie is still Lovie making sure the defense plays like a Chicago Bear Defense should play, & the players love & adore him even though half of Chicago fans are still 50/50 with his coaching. Does this mean Jerry Angelo gets to stay now?  Because we thought it would be Lovie, but now we see with a decent Play Caller, this offense & team is above average. This team is moving in the right direction, but does it have to still involve Mr. Angelo, I say HELL NO!! He Should Go!! But with the bears owners nothing ever makes sense. Lovie is coming back to coach next season and Martz should still be his huckleberry.

So ask you, What’s Next for these Chicago Bears??

Was This a Patriots Home Game!

Yesterday I went to Soldiers Field to see the Chicago Bears Vs New England Patriots and the Bears got smacked & flipped around all game, but our seat were perfect, 2 level last row (12 row) just behind us were the heating lamps where people stand and eat their food! I was dressed for a blizzard and sat down to warm cozy seat. At halftime when we were walking around looking for that certain vendor, then I noticed that all these people were covered in snow, like a dummy I was like is it snowing out there? Considering I had been watching it snow during the game for the last hour and a half, it could have been all the Jim Beam I was sucking down, I guess I believed since no snow was falling on me, that it wasn’t falling on anyone else, Wrong!! Well if you didn’t know the 3rd level overshadows the 2nd level, so all that snow couldn’t even reach us.

By Halftime the Game was OVER!! Basically, 33-0 are you serious!!! But I couldn’t even leave the weather was so amazing, with mini twisters popping up all over the field, The Snow just wouldn’t let up!! I couldn’t even be mad at the Pat fan’s, this game had more of a Foxborough setting & vibe, & Green Bay has to go to Foxborough this week to play the Pats, and maybe without Mr Rogers. The Bears got their Colons handed to them, but we are still in 1st place and the Patriots aren’t in our division, so lets keep it moving Bears Fans!!!!!

Oh Yeah At&t you Guys Suck Big Time, every time I go to an event with over 15,000 people your service is So Suspect!!! I pay this large bill every month and you can’t even step your service up!!

 

The Bulls are heading In the right Direction

Last nights game, the Bulls VS the Nuggets was a nice showing of a team growing and taking steps towards the playoffs. D Rose is the #1 reason why Tha Bulls will rumble in may. But the Big Goofy (Noah) has been displaying his hard work in the gym. Right now Noah is letting the league know that I can Score, I’ll hit that 15 ft jumper, I’ll slash down the lane, I’ll use the lefty hook in the lane. I know it looks scary when you see Noah shoot that 15 foot jumper, and you hear your mind screaming No until he hits it, and your like OK OK is that how you feel Noah!! Once Boozer comes back it could be even easier for Noah to score down low. Mr Deng is doing the same old thing, which is scoring his 16 to 18 pts a game and gets 6 rebounds (I have No Problems with Him). The Biggest problem so far is Mr Watson (pg), HONESTLY I believe I could go out there and Jack up some shots and play sub-par defense for 12 minutes a night!! Boy do we miss Captain Kirk, The Bulls need a real backup PG ASAP!!
The Big Man for Turkey is playing a lot better than I thought he might. usually 7 foot Europeans can’t move their feet, but this kid is decent and runs hard, we still need another BIG man, but the kid from turkey is cool right now!!
Here’s to the NBA being back in full throttle.

These Damn Bears

Another Sunday Morning, 3 & 1/2 hours before kick off & I wonder what will the Bears do to me Today?? I’m a loyal Bears Fan, but it breaks my heart to watch the Bears play(Especially this season). Are the Bears playing for us the fans, or are they playing to Keep Angelo & Smith hired for another year??? The Buffalo Bills are 0-7 for the season and by 3:30pm today they better be 0-8!!! If the Bears blow this One, They will lose me for the rest of the season until I go to soldiers Field on the December 12 to see Mr Brady & the Pat’s Kick some ass!! Football has always been my 1st love, but like I said if the Bears “F” this up, I’ll be like Jody Watley Looking for a new Love BABY!!

Since Luol Deng signed his contract for 6 years for 71 million us bulls fans have been expecting the world out of him. Looking back Deng has been solid, I believe the hate and dislike started appearing when the bulls wouldn’t trade Deng for Kobe Bryant. The Bulls wouldn’t trade Deng for one of the Greatest players in Basketball history, Go Figure. But now its 2010 and the bulls have finally added some Key players to make themselves probably a top 5 team in the East conference. I understand Deng’s defense is suspect usually, but his scoring has always been solid, remember he is a Duke kid, so he’s smart and understands the “GAME”. With Rose, Noah, Deng, Boozer & probably Brewer at 2, the Bulls will have a solid squad, when I watched this 2010 preseason I have noticed Deng stepping up and being a leader on this team. I don’t believe Deng will average above 20 points a game but does he need to, with the team the bulls have put together. His past numbers show that he will put probably put up 16 pts and 6 rebs a game this year. On that note sports fans, I have to ask what’s the Deng Problem!!???
